Return / Exchange Policies
If items were damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can reconcile as soon as possible.
OUR NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), it/they may be returned. Items being returned must be unused, unwashed and in original condition and packaging. Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the date you received the order as sales become final 3 days after the order is received. All "Clearance Sale" merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned.
Also include the original invoice sent with your order along with your returned merchandise.
Upon receipt, a refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). SoCal Baby Swag is not responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked. Need Help? Contact us with all questions regarding returns.
